• You must be at least 21 years of age. 35bdt strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident or citizen of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not restricted or prohibited by local law.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false identity details is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on 35bdt. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with associated funds subject to forfeiture.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

All bonuses awarded on this platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Claiming a bonus indicates your agreement to the associated bonus terms.

• Welcome bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All users of 35bdt are expected to engage with the platform in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Prohibited activities include: attempting to defraud the platform or other users; using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players in any game; engaging in money laundering or any financial crime; attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit software vulnerabilities; harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users; and impersonating another user, staff member, or any third party.

6. Privacy, Data, and Security

We collect, store, and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to these terms, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 35bdt will never ask you to reveal your password via email, SMS, or phone. Do not share your login details with anyone.

7. Intellectual Property

The 35bdt name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of 35bdt. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

35bdt reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions, including providing false registration information or engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 5.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures within the required timeframe, or provision of fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity connected to the account, in which case the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 35bdt's total cumulative liability to any user for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

35bdt does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may carry out scheduled maintenance, which may temporarily affect service availability. Reasonable notice will be given when planned downtime is anticipated.

10. Responsible Gaming

35bdt makes no warranty that the content or service offered on this platform complies with the laws of jurisdictions outside of Bangladesh. Accessing this platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal is done at the user's own risk and responsibility.
